PVR Scheduler 1.8.0 is released. With this version a new setup was introduced.
Therefore the previous version must be uninstalled before installing 1.8.0.
This is the first version which also supports MediaPortal 1.1 ALPHA.
As the internal Tv Engine 2 is no longer available in MediaPortal 1.1 it was also removed from PVR Scheduler.
Please be aware that all previous MediaPortal version are also no longer supported. |

The new PVR Scheduler 1.6.6 is released. I implemented the new readiness mode feature and fixed several smaller issues.
The readiness mode can be used for example with the TV Engine 3. You have a central server PC with TVE3 and PVR Scheduler running on it and and use multiple clients. The new features takes care that the you central server PC is started for the correct time and is shudown in the night after all recordings are done.
The old PVR Scheduler 1.6.5 was tested a lot in the last few weeks and it seems that it's very stable because, no serious bugs were found. |

| Support for TVCentral Core Support implemented |
Today I would like to release a new PVR Scheduler version with TVcentral Core support. That means that PVRScheduler can be used in combination with AbsolutTV, Bonavista and TVCentral 3.
This is a first BETA release so if you find any issues, I will fix them as soon as possible. Just write a short note in the forum.
This release is available in the download section. |

| Support for TVCentral Core |
As the latest releases of PVR Scheduler work very well with MediaPortal, I'm working on the support for the new TVCentral Core. Actually there should already be a tutorial for the interfaces of the new TVCentral Core, but it's still not released even it has been announced for more than two months.
I opened a new thread in the TVCentral Forum, maybe there are a couple guys out there who could help me:

| PVR Scheduler 1.5.4 - 1.5.6 stable |
Hello,
after testing for a while the PVR Scheduler versions 1.5.4 - 1.5.6 seem to be stable.
Before installing PVR Scheduler take care that you select the right one:
PVR Scheduler 1.5.4 (Standalone or MP 0.2.2.0)
PVR Scheduler 1.5.5 (Standalone or MP 0.2.2.0 SVN > 31.01.07!)
PVR Scheduler 1.5.6 (Standalone or MP 0.2.2.0 SVN with TVE3)
Today I upgraded to the latest forum software. If you have any problems just write me a short Mail. |

| PVR Scheduler 1.5.1 released |
You're on christmas holiday and get some time for testing. Therefore I released the new version 1.5.1 for MediaPortal 0.2.2.0
Before installing the new version please make sure that following directories are available in the skin directory of the MediaPortal folder:
BlueTwo
BlueTwo wide
mce
Project X
Please report bugs if you find some with the new version 0.2.2.0 |

| PVR Scheduler 1.4.7 - Stable Version |
I released PVR Scheduler 1.4.7 today. After testing this version almost 8 weeks, it seems to be a pretty stable. No bigger issues were found. PVR Scheduler also supports MediaPortal 0.2.0.4. |

| PVR Scheduler 1.4.4 beta 1 with new WebInterface and Winmngr |
I would like to present PVR Scheduler 1.4.4 beta 1. Even when there hasn't been done much bug fixing, because only few new bugs were posted I spent most time to programm a WebInterface for PVR Scheduler. It's still in work, but you can already get an insight how it might look like. The main features like adding and deleting of recordings are already supposed to work.
I also implemented a small Explorer replacement called "Winmngr". This replaces "Explorer.exe" in the windows registry. The advantage is a faster startup of your HTPC. I also added a couple registry hacks to get rid of certain startup/logoff screens. I hope that I get a chance soon to write a small tutorial how to use this feature. |

| PVR Scheduler Webinterface |
Currently I'm working on a webinterface for PVR Scheduler. Therefore I integrated a small ASP. NET server in PVR Scheduler. About 50% of the of the web programming is done.
This is the reason why I haven't released another version within the last couple weeks. But PVR Scheduler 1.4.3 Beta 3 seems to be stable anyway. It should also work with the latest CVS of MP 0.2 RC4. Nobody hasn't reported any bigger issues. |

Today I would like to present PVR Scheduler 1.4.1 beta 4. This version should be stable, but I would like to wait until MediaPortal 0.2.0 will be released on March 18th. Of course it can also be installed as standalone version without the MediaPortal plugin.
I also added a new guide in the FAQ section. This one explains how to set up a HTPC with MediaPortal and PVR Scheduler.
